I must admit, I’m a huge fan of Friends. I own all of the series on DVD, and have watched most of them at some point in time. I’m not sure what the appeal is really. It might be because it’s funny, or it might just be the writing. For some reason, it really appeals to me. The combination of Joey’s straight cut stupidity and Chandler’s sarcastic comments seem to work very well.

My favourite episode at the moment is probably ‘The One Where Joey Dates Rachel’, along with one where Joey is building an entertainment unit. It’s all good really. I must admit though that I’m glad they chose to end the series when they did. I think had they dragged it out for much longer it would have really fallen apart.

It’s good to see it had a happy ending though….
