I’m going to purchase the new server tomorrow I think. It’s around £360.00 for the first 3 months for the Root Server II package from One and One.com. Malcolm is going to give me a hand setting it all up, which will be much needed!

I’ve decided to take the plunge because E-Consort is going to downscale and move servers in October. Ideally, I need to have a working server well before this happens to ensure that all my sites can be transferred across safely.

Looking forward to it now! - It should be a big step forward to own my own dedicated server….
