You may have noticed lots of little changes to the blog recently, and I’m going to summarise them in this post. I’ve been altering and improving things since I moved to wordpress. Here are the changes:

• New Design - An inspiration which will be altered and adapted (based upon the great work of Binary Bonsai)
• New Categories - In an effort to better organise the blog, a few new categories have been added. These include Articles/Reviews for all the work from Aqua-Soft, Blog (for blog-related posts) and Gadgets (for anything relating to cool, quirky electronic things). Old posts have been re-sorted into categories, to make the archives easier to search.
• Related Posts - A new section down the right of each page shows any posts which may be related to the one you are currentl viewing. Although a little suspect at the moment, I hope this will become more and more accurate over time.
• QuickSearch - The new, easier to use, search on the right of the page works much faster than the previous system, and also shows results ‘on the fly’. Much easier to find what you are looking for, and much classier.
• Link Blog - I’ve recently set up a link blog, in which I will be keeping track of all the little tit-bits of information I come across on a day to day basis. It should be a good way of keeping a record of sites that impress.

That’s more or less it for now. Obviously, the old pages of content (CV, About Me etc) have also been moved across, and they now fit into this new design. Some have been updated with new information, and there is now a contact form for easier communication with myself.
