eBuyer Issues
I can’t believe the problems I am having with this guy’s PC at the moment. I’m regretting ever allowing myself to be drawn into building it. So many issues with eBuyer, so many horrible problems. Faulty motherboard, power supply, processor, motherboard (again)…. the list goes on and on. This is a copy of a note I just sent to eBuyer.
I had a faulty processor collected from a friend’s house almost a week ago now, and have yet to recieve confirmation from you that you have recieved it. The courier came at around 5pm to pick up the item.
It has been almost a week, and I would like to know where this item has got to! - If it has been lost in transit, then I expect a full refund for the item (as I presume you have some sort of insurance policy with the collectors, City Link).
Please let me know what is going on. I am absolutely disgusted with the service I have recieved from eBuyer so far - FOUR faulty items, having to pay for the return postage for all of them (coming to over £30 so far!), waiting days and days for a reply to any of my correspondance and not being informed of problems such as this has really disappointed me. There is no way I will be dealing with you again.
