TV Peer to Peer - CyberSky

I’ve just been reading the Cybersky-TV website, which aims to be a program which allows you to watch live TV over the internet, through peer to peer sharing of a TV connection. This is what you need to recieve the service:
1. a PC with an internet-browser and a small piece of software (CTV.exe, 220 kb). Later on we build an active X, so you can install Cybersky-TV-Player online.
2. A DivX 5.x Codec or the codec the TV-Stream Provider does use to encode his output.
3. an internet-flat rate or a rich father
This really looks promising. I really have no idea at all how it would work, or what the picture and sound quality will be like. I’ve tried downloading the TVOON Media Centre, but couldn’t get the software to work correctly. Hopefully, once Cybersky-TV goes live, their slightly simplified download will allow this service to work more efficiently.
It certainly is a concept which looks interesting. I’m sure the legal implications will be immense, but I’ll be keeping up to date with it’s development.
